Our production lines are up 170 metres long and designed to seamlessly make highly complex sealing systems by fully automated processes. The resulting workflow is optimised to minimise material and energy consumption to make top-quality products – at lowest costs and resource needs.
Our press shop equipment and injection moulding machines produce accurate plastic and rubber mouldings combining or not combining rubber parts and moulded elements, whatever may be requested. Such parts are used to produce window seals with mounting clips and other intricate assemblies.
We deploy a fully automatic paint finishing line to ensure that all coats are applied smoothly and at a constant thickness. Our sealing systems and profiles thus perfectly merge with a given vehicle's appearance.
