Eldisy is constantly striving to optimise the energy consumption of our processes. In 2014 we introduced an energy management system and are ISO 50001 certified. In 2018, the entire compressed air supply was converted to energy-optimised compressors and the lighting in the production halls, warehouses and administration was replaced by LED technology.

In addition, our online cutting system in extrusion could be energy-optimized through the use of intelligent drives. In 2018 alone, a total of € 230,000 was invested in energy optimisation, which was supported by the EU as part of the European Regional Development Fund.
