Ultra-modern lines and state-of-the-art technology help us make extruded EPDM and TPE profiles. This is how we created a basis for stable processes and efficient production. Our production lines output highly complex profiles – quickly, at low cost and perfect quality. 

Whereas conventional EPDM seals are mainly used for automotive applications, TPE profiles may also be used for technical products such as window tracks. We will also do the coating and/or tailoring upon request.

Eldisy's powerful automatic injection moulding machines produce mono and duo component parts for car body seals whose quality and accuracy meet strictest requirements of OEMs and tier 1 systems suppliers. Our injection moulding systems make detailed and acurate mouldings. Combinations of extruded materials and mouldings can be produced for making window seals, special-purpose convertible roof seals and the like.
